OS Engineering offers experts in arc flash analysis, mitigation, and training
The engineers at OS Engineering are experts in power system design, analysis, training, and troubleshooting. We have completed numerous arc flash and power system studies in the past 20 years and have specialized expertise in arc flash analysis, mitigation, and training. An arc flash study by OS will be sure to produce information critical to safeguarding your power distribution infrastructure from potential damage, or worse, injuring an employee.
We don’t just generate data – we help you interpret the results, develop remedial solutions optimized for your facility/needs (if required), and provide requisite training to your employees. The OS approach to system analysis is comprehensive, catered to the customer needs, and compliant with regulatory requirements such as OSHA.
Have you modified the power distribution system?
Has it been more than five years since you last conducted a power system analysis or arc flash study?

Marty Stoddard, Director of Engineering
Marty has been actively engaged in the electrical design, analysis, troubleshooting and construction of power systems for more than 25 years. From power generation facilities and utility substations to sawmills and refineries, Marty is incredibly knowledgeable in power distribution and control systems of all kinds. Coupled with his intimate knowledge of construction and plant operations, Marty’s experience is second to none. Thus, Marty oversees and contributes to each of OS’ arc flash and power system studies.
Before joining the OS Engineering team, Marty was a partner at CVO Electrical Systems, specializing in power system design and analysis; and, prior to that, was a consulting engineer at Electrical Systems Analysis (ESA), the original makers of EasyPower software, where he conducted studies and taught seminars on power systems analysis such as Arc Flash.

What Our Clients Are Saying
I’ve had the opportunity to work with the OS Engineering Team and can give them the highest rating for their outstanding work. The Arc Flash Survey that they completed, here at our Facility, was very thorough and complete. Their Survey showed us the problem areas that needed to be addressed. The details of these problems were easy to see and correct. I will ask for a regular scheduled survey to keep our plant in tip top shape. Thanks to OS Engineering. They can be proud of their work.
